Revitalizing Khlong San

An adaptive-reuse strategy to revitalise a compact old town in Bangkok with no vacant land. Existing buildings are repurposed into co-working, co-living, and retail to relocate local vendors, while a perforated terracotta facade and a generous public courtyard draw in new generations without disrupting the town's existing character and residents.
