A social-housing tower designed to 'breathe.' Part of Thailand's National Housing Authority redevelopment of Din Daeng, the 251,200 m² scheme shifts and articulates its massing so every unit gains corner views and natural ventilation, with green community terraces threaded up the building to keep neighbours connected — aimed at a zero-carbon, healthier urban life.
